What is your role at ECOFRY?

Business Manager

When did you start working at ECOFRY (Sydney Recycling Services) and where were you before you started this role?

“I officially joined the ECOFRY team at Sydney Recycling Services in May 2021. Prior to taking on this role, I had the privilege of serving as the Sales Manager at Amore Coffee for 12 years. During my tenure there, I gained invaluable experience in sales strategies, client relationship management, and team leadership. My time at Amore Coffee provided me with a solid foundation in customer-centric approaches and a deep appreciation for fostering meaningful connections with clients. Now, at ECOFRY, I'm excited to bring this wealth of experience to the table as we collectively work towards our mission of promoting sustainable recycling practices and contributing positively to the environment.”

Why do you LOVE working at ECOFRY?

"I absolutely love working at ECOFRY for a multitude of reasons. Firstly, it's the customers. Interacting with them daily and witnessing their commitment to sustainability is incredibly inspiring. Secondly, it's the palpable sense of excitement about the future. At ECOFRY, we're not just talking about change; we're actively shaping it. What do you do when you aren’t working at ECOFRY?

"You'll often find me on the soccer field, where I not only play but also manage a team - Holroyd Rangers Over 45’s Div 1. We have been doing pretty well, including four consecutive grand final appearances, with one win and three close losses. Beyond soccer, I prioritise spending quality time with my family."

What is your favourite cuisine?

"Italian and Thai food! There's something comforting and satisfying about a perfectly cooked bowl of Italian pasta or a slice of authentic pizza. On the other hand, Thai cuisine never fails to excite my taste buds with its bold spices, fresh herbs, and intricate balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavours."
